My Rem 700 SPS-V shot 3/4" out of the box with factory ammo. Changed out the stock for a VLS takeoff that I picked up from the classifieds on this site and put a Timney trigger in it. It now shoots 1/4 - 1/2" with several different hand loads.
How have the UTG rings held up? Was thinking I might buy a few pairs in different heights so I can see what fits my build best and just hold on to the rest...never hurts to have extras on hand. At the price I can find those for, it's not much of a drain on the bank account.
