Re: 597 shooters I have two, and brother-in-law has one. All three guns are .22lr. Mine are very early guns and jammed a lot with the supplied magazines. Sent both guns to Chief AJ for accurizing, and purchased new magazines, and both guns work great. Have aftermarket mags from both...- dletsch
