Remmy 700 .223 and a 1:12 twist 26" BBL
In my Remington VLS 223 I use Sierra's 55 gr Blitzkings, 26 gr of Varget, Winchester brass and CCI 400 and get a velocity of 3200 fps. I'm good out to at least 300 yards but beyond that I don't know as my local range only goes out that far. This load will stay sub-MOA out to that point.- dodge1a

Bench question.
Mine is 38 " and I use a adjustable chair for setting. I could use it while standing but due to past work history and age it's more comfortable for me to sit while reloading.- dodge1a

Loading 223 with Varget and 55 gr FMJ. Getting compression at 26.5 gr
Out of my Remington VLS I use a Sierra 55 gr Blitzking, Winchester case, CCI 400 and 26.5 grs of Varget. Yes it's a compressed load but when you get a 10 round group with all holes touching each other and stay under an inch who can ask for more. RCBS bench mounted swagger vs Dillon SS 600
Although I didn't vote as I haven't had any experience with the Dillon I do own the RCBS and have used it to swage 223, 308 and 30-06. It's a lot better than the press mounted by far.
