    Just got my SPS V back in .308. Stock action and 26" 1:12 twist barrel. I've got a Bell and Carlson stock bedded to action, Timney trigger, and 12x SS scope. Just wondering what a good starting point for factory ammo would be for this stock gun. I'm thinking 168's but also see some shooting...

    Re: No paperwork with new ss scope? Just got done emailing back and forth with them and spoke with the lady writing the new owners manual and she sent me the rough draft. Answers every question I had. 24 pages long. Seems to be great customer service.

    Hey guys. Just got my new ss scope in the mail today. Opened the box to find some bubble wrap and an Allen wrench but not a scrap of paper. No manual, warranty card, nothing. Is this normal? Thanks Alan

    Rifle Scopes Fixed or variable power scope for 5-600 yds

    Just been looking around at scopes and have been interested in the ss but not sure if a fixed power would work for me. I'm thinking either the 10 or 12 power for $299. I'll mostly be target shooting but possibly hunting over a 300 yd field a couple days a year. Thanks. Alan
