    The Fix from Q

My scope is a Tango 4, only 26oz in weight. That was one of the reasons I purchased this scope. I was going to get a Tango 6, but those are over 3 lbs in weight.

    The Fix from Q

Correction, I just weighed my rifle with everything attached and it was 11.2 lbs! Anyone know what the lightest bipod might be? The Harris I have seems pretty light already. Looking for suggestions.

Thanks for clearing that up for me Dave, I’ll just keep it as is then.

    The Fix from Q

I’m loving my 16” .308 Fix rifle. With my current set up including scope, night vision, bipod, and sling it weight right at 9.5 lbs. I’m looking to lighten it up a bit more if possible and the only way I see that happening is if I replace the barrel with a short 16” carbon fiber one. Does any...

    The Fix from Q

I really like my Sig Sauer Tango 4 4-16x44 rifle scope. The color matches nicely and the price was right. I have been very pleased with the optics and overall function so far. Now I’m just waiting for my Pulsar attachment forward digital night vision device to come in.

    The Fix from Q

The gun slings up perfectly with the one QD swivel on the butt stock and this one at the 45° position on top. It feels very comfortable on long walks.

    The Fix from Q

No issues at all, the mount is solid as a rock on that one attachment. I sling up and walk my ranch almost every weekend. The threads on the q-sert are solid, not worried they will get damaged.

    The Fix from Q

Here’s a pic of the QD sling mount. My Harris bipod was mounted using a standard sling stud screwed into the q-sert threads as well.

    The Fix from Q

I ordered this on Amazon as a temporary mount and it works perfectly. The included screw threads into the q-sert perfectly. JIALITTE Sling Swivel Mount QD Heavy Duty Quick Detachable 1.25" Push Button with Steel ring https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078ZRV6Z5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lH7-AbY0C98G0

I had no idea I needed one of those, will order and I’m sure that will fix the issue.

Why such a huge point of impact shift with suppressor

No worries, I’m a seasoned shooter and long time hunter (I shoot better than all of my friends too). I have many rifles that shoot 0.25” groups with me shooting them.

Why such a huge point of impact shift with suppressor

I shot 3 different types of factory ammo, the best was Hornady A-MAX 168g and only 1.25-1.5” groups. I tried Hornady Match ammo BTHP 168g and that gave 2” groups. Also tried some Browning 155g ammo I had and that gave 3” groups. I messaged with the man himself (Kevin Brittingham) and he said to...

Why such a huge point of impact shift with suppressor

I checked alignment and everything looks really good. No internal strikes or anything. It’s a QD mount suppressor and I’ve used it on many rifles with no issues.

    The Fix from Q

I’m not sure what the square shoulder adapter would be. I’ve had this suppressor and muzzle brake/adapter for my Titan-Ti QD for many years and used on many firearms without a problem. I will have to try it again this weekend with the new ammo and see. I’ll report back...
