    Screw all you beer snobs

    I don't know about anyone else, but in far Souther New Jersey, the only thing I can find is Lowenbrau and Harpoon's Hefeweizen UFO. Without taking an hour drive, German beer does really exist around here. Well, none that I have found.

    Anyone with tax/real estate expirence

    I'm in the process of purchasing a home and my mother needs to transfer a large sum of money to me. Roughly $200,000. What would be the easiest way within incurring too much tax? I read something about unified credit. I'm in NJ if that matters. Any help would be appriciated.
