I've been on a similar mission. For long range hunting I was thinking Nosler Throphy Grade 168gr E-Tip. Some claim they are not the most accurate but I have not seen anything definitive showing they are not. Nosler claims good weight retention, and they have a high B.C. for .308 hunting...- drwing308
