I am pretty sure this comes from Army Basic Training...has nothing to do with POI shift though...When using old, worn out aluminum mags, we used too see far more double feeds and failures to go into battery when resting on the magazine. Larue PredatOBR 762 Need Advice- What Size Barrel?
I routinely hit 1080 yds with my 14.5. Your only losing 10-20 ft/sec in that 1.5 inches. 175gr FGMM stays super sonic out of my rifle to just over 1000yds. My 2 cents, get the 14.5. Larue will make bbls available in the future.- dynamite1552
