Anyone use the Prime Ammo 6.5, 130 Creedmoor or .260 ammo for hunting? What kind of results did you have....bullet expansion, pass through and stopping ability?
TRG 42 in 338 Lapua in a XLR Chassis with a Near 45 MOA Base, NF 5.5-22x50 Scope, APA Fat Bastard Brake, Berger 300 OTM Pointed and Retumbo....made to 2160 back in the Spring in So. Georgia. Dialed my dope, 91 MOA to 2160. First 3 shots were to 1940 on a steel target to the right of the 2160...
Agreed! Sako TRG 42 in 338 Lapua with a 1/10 twist. Put mine in an XLR Industries Stock, APA Fat Bastard Break...have made hits out to 2160 with the Berger 300-OTM and a bunch of Retumbo!

Skip the 338 Snipetac and get a 375 CheyTac. Recently shot both....a friends. The use of an extra 25 grains of powder in the SnipeTac didnt give a enough of a difference over a standard 338Lapua to get my attention. He had a Viers 375 CheyTac. It was a hammer.....4-shot group at 1200 yards...
I shot mine yesterday out to 1200 yards with the 6.5 Creedmoor. Scope was very clear. Used hold overs out to 942 yards with ease. 20 power is the max for ranging if you use the .1 mil lines at the top or sides of the reticle....you might squeeze out 22-24 if you are ranging something really...
Garage door opener and rails. Gotta build the rails on a piece of wood sort of like a mini raiload track. I have seen 3 of them here at a range in Ga. They work real well if you can keep the grass and crap out of the rails and the motor from rusting. They were hard wired. Had one that moved...
