Garmil is GTG. The scope was shipped asap, he responded quickly to questions (tracking was wacky) and it showed up on time. Thanks! ETA: Softcock is also GTG. Bought some nylon gear per my specs. It arrived *in under a week* and the quality is excellent! I'm impressed. emfour

Thanks for posting this pic. If I stick with the Seekins base, I think I will need medium rings as well since the base I have looks thinner up front than yours... it's a close race between Seekins low and medium, they are only 0.080" different.

I'm not sure who/what MPA is. Can you post a link? The Seekins base is from a previous scope/mount on this rifle. Thank you!

I pulled the trigger on one of these after reading lots of reviews. Now, I need to get rings on the way. This will go on a Savage SA with a 20MOA Seekins base. I want to use Seekins rings, obviously as low as possible. I've read thread after thread and could not find anyone describing what ring...

Thanks Ted. I called Bushnell this am and they said to 'send it in'. I also asked about the model number and she said that the "B" is not a suffix but should have been printed further away from the rest of the number. So the actual model is ET35215 - so suffix even though it has the G2 reticle.

First of all, does anyone know what is up with that model number (ET35215B)? I can't find a reference to it anywhere and the scope does have the G2 reticle. I bought it from a hide member a while back and just noticed, now that I've been able to shoot it a bit, that the reticle is not centered...

Not to hijack this thread but... I have one of the early-ish SS10x40M and the set screws are pointed - once you tighten them you are not going to move it a click or two then rezero, it wants to go back in the same dimple. I called SWFA about this to see if they had a cure. Nope. I have thought...

Re: wheeler anti cant out yet? TAG for interest. It looks good. I've been trying to search this forum to find the current "best" anti cant device and have come up with almost nothing. A google search turned up the Wheeler.

Re: why not? pull through cleaning 'rods' If you happen to get some kind of bore obstruction (mud, etc.), is it possible to push it out with the Otis kit? It doesn't seem like it, but I've never used one.

Re: Bushnell 1600 monocular vs. bino I bought the Elite 1600 arc after doing a lot of looking, so far it has been an excellent unit. My only other LRF experience was with a 2000 model year Bushnell Compact 800. The Elite 1600 has given me ranges beyond 1760 yards (1780-ish IIRC). I confirmed...
