My FAT wrench is easy to use, the vortex broke first use (the numbers came loose so settings are meaningless). my fixit stix variable torque is handy but tightens to a lower torque than my older Borka torque device set at the same number. I dont know if any of them are close to the spec.
I have a 30 cal Banish from silencer central. It is modular (can be used in short config), user serviceable so can be used with rimfire and different caliber endcaps are available. It’s Made of titanium and is direct thread. I believe it is manufactured by Mack bros. I am quite happy with mine.

if you put a flat bottomed safe on concrete, I would suggest putting a rubber stall pad under it and drill anchor holes through pad and into the concrete. if bottom of safe is scuffed, you can touch up scratches and rubber will help prevent rust.
I used the old prime ammo deer hunting year before last and had some interesting results. The bullets I recovered broke the tip off and didn’t expand noticeably. Are you using the same bullets now? By tip I mean the copper jacket broke off at about the place the lead came to behind the meplat...
I’m not keen on anyone telling my kids to pray or not, but aside from explaining what they are doing, I particularly dislike anyone pretending that this behavior should be respected as a “religious” rite that should be granted “respected” status.
If you want an entry level PRS rifle, take a look at the Tikka T3 Not the Tac-a1 at $1300 or so, but the standard T3 light or hunter in 6.5 creed or better yet 6.5x55. You might need a better stock but budget minded PRs shooters can get first rate mags from David Waters in Australia...
