    I'm getting a new barrel it is drilled for 7mm but not chambered. I was going to go with the 7 rum but from I have read and heard that is a barrel eater so I was wondering what is another good cal for long distance 1000yrds plus in the 7mm and is it a barrel eater as well

    Would post a pic of the target but I don't know how lol first shot would be ok second would be 1.5"s away third would touch the first fourth would be off next one would touch 1and3 last one would be off totally around a 2.5"group at 100 yards would do the same with all the different powder...

    I broke the barrel in with factory ammo and was trying to work up a load with Berger 180 match grades could not get a group went to 180 Sierra match kings and could not get a group using retumbo powder for both the last round I shot blew the primer out of the case having major pressure issues...
