I'm not familiar with manzella. Is John at Keystone Accuracy still doing CZ barrels? I know he likes the Green Mountain blanks and he worked with Padom on some CZ group buys a couple years ago. It'd be worth reaching out to him.
I have a 21" Apogee Match Barrel. It has been shooting great for me. Next time I take it to the range I'll be sure to get some pics of targets at 50yds. It easily shoots 1/2-3/4" groups with your average ammo (CCI SV, CCI ARTactical, Norma Tac22 and Match22); not high end stuff but not the...
I have a JP 22 upper which uses the same style bolt as the RRA. I also have a CMMG Bob Sled. I've never tried to see if the Bob-sled will work. These two platforms use the same magazines so it would make sense that it should work. Maybe you'd have to shave a little off the rails so it seats...
Without the chamber adapter or collar, then your barrel must look like this right? This is one of my Keystone Accuracy builds. It's interesting that someone else has taken the time do this level of machining. There is much discussion about the collars but I like NOT having one more piece...
Has anybody seen small primer .45ACP brass? I was going through a coffee can of brass the other day and came across some of these. They're just range pickups so I have no idea how they shot. Does anyone have load data for small pistol primer .45? I was loading 185gr Hornady XTP w/ 6.2gr...
My 17-yo daughter mentioned to me this morning that Israel was dropping white phosphorus bombs on palestinians. Usually when she drops something on me like that, it's because she is skeptical, and I think wants to hear what I have to say about it. I looked it up on Google and Results Hunter...
What target is that? I have a bunch of printable targets but I'm guessing if "shooting for score" is the best gauge, then we're looking at a 10-ring of 1 MOA or roughly 1" at 100yds and 1/2" at 50yds? Is that correct?

Those Nord Arms front sights look cool. I agree with you. They'd pair nicely with that scalarworks sight or something like this from RRA... https://www.rockriverarms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=1735 LMT makes them too and then of course NC Star and some other less...
That looks pretty cool! For a reasonable price too. I may have to check that out. From what I'm seeing, there's no rear sight. Is that right? Does it matter if it's rail mounted our gas block mounted? If there's no rear sight, I guess it wouldn't matter.
I purchased the front Ultradyne sight with muzzle brake. I can't recall the size of the aperture on the front post but it wasn't large enough. I found that it pretty much blocked out the target. I modified a standard A2 front post to work in the ultradyne sight. I prefer that much better...
I visit this site everyday...mainly for the rimfire stuff but once in awhile I see a "new post" that peaks my interest enough to comment. I may not comment on something every 16.2 minutes but I assure you, I am not a glowy or whatever the fuck you guys think I am because I've been a member for...
