    Range etiquette and barrel length

Re: Range etiquette and barrel length I had a shooter winch a M82 onto the bench next to me on a 100yard range with a covered roof, after he let me send a round, I packed up and left as did most folks. That rifle is RUDE under a covered roof range.

Re: Cheek Weld on An AR-10 A2 Stock Yep, what I said, lower the scope and get a new charging handle to make it work.

    Semi Auto 1/4 MOA group?

Re: Semi Auto 1/4 MOA group? The limit is the driver. I would not be surprised if many rifles can do it. If a box stock rifle like mine can do .35 or so consistently with my lousy shooting skills. I would think a pro could drive it to .25.

    A deer sniper

Re: A deer sniper I do use them on the range and bird shooting. I don't when big game hunting, I spend to much time glassing and only shoot 1 or 2 rounds. I accept the odds of an event vs the ability to easily transit from glasses to cheek weld.

    A deer sniper

Re: A deer sniper Same load, different day, different target. The groups open to about .75 if the barrel gets hot. It will do this all day long. As long as I do my part. The trigger is less than stellar on it so you have to drive it right. This target has .5 inch blocks, the first has...

Re: A deer sniper I have two more it have taken pics of, but have not put on flicker. More pics to follow. I won't change the title of my post. Most people who surf this forum are posers. I am what I am. I use the equipment types that I became familiar with while serving, to snipe meat...
