Looking for a better hunting scope for my rifle
Couple things that pushed me that way was the glass, the reasonably light weight and simplicity for hunting. Enough capability to reach out, but not tactical. Plus warranty. Anyway, it was my choice and I’m happy with it. Good luck!- Floridave

I just picked up a Leupold VX-5HD 3x15 with WindPlex reticle that I think is going to be super for my hunting needs. (Mostly Eastern deer and hogs to 400 yards and targets to 600.) Nice buck! I had similar success last year shooting 77gr TMKs out of my AR. A big doe and nice 6 point, at 157 and 70 yards. One DRT the other a 20 yard death dash. I was impressed with it.- Floridave

Remington 721 with aics mags
I have a Rem 721 action with Stocky’s REM 700 stock and Magpul magazine. I didn’t want to do that much inletting work on the original wood.
