    One of the big drives for getting the barrel extensions figured out was SOF guys getting issued the 6.5 Creed ammo with 140 Hybrids. Most production gas guns wouldn’t even begin to feed them. The trial guns would feed them but goes back to the bandaid fixes.

    Had a customer bring in a Ruger SFAR with an 8.6 blackout barrel. He wants it chopped to 8.5”, threaded, and recontoured for a pistol length gas system. Does anyone have an idea of roughly where to start for gas port size on a barrel like this?
