Re: Remington 700 VTR .308 with Osprey scope I have a VTR in 223. I have to agree that the standard stock is a piece of junk. I put a HS PST082 stock on it so far. It shoots well enough for me. I get 1/4" consistently from it with 60g Hornady V-maxes. It also shoots Barnes Varmint Grenades...- FunkyMunky
