    He came once and he throughly plained everything. He told me what was wrong and told me 3 ways to fix the problem and why he chose a given option..U could call it informed consent. Asked for him every time the last 5 years. My custom builder also exclusively uses this company.

    I use a plumbing outfit, all union plumbers (100 employed) I always ask for a particular guy with 37 years experience, who is a master at diagnosis, and fixes everything right first time out. Truck full of supplies too. I pay top dollar, but quality i the long run is cheap.
