The WC recon barrel shows to be 11 oz lighter than a Proof SS and just a few ounces more than a Proof CF. And a much better price... Hope WC starts selling 14.5" 6ARC barrels soon!

18" SS from Proof and a 12" Barrel from SixFiveArms. Think I have these rifles set up the way I want them. Waiting for 200 rounds of Factory 108's to arrive so I can take them both out to 1000K and see how things go.

I’d just like to say thank you to everyone for sharing so much knowledge regarding this cartridge. I tried a 12” 1/7 from Six5Arms. I went off Gundoc’s data for an 11.5 and took it out to 700 after a quick zero. 7 mils to 700 yards with factory 108’s was ridiculously easy And fun.

SBRSarge thanks for that update on the 12” from SixFiveArms. I ordered one as well. If you have velocity data for the 108’s and 105’s I’d love to hear it. Thanks.

Beautiful 6mm ARC from Spartan Precision Rifles. 18” Proof stainless barrel, Geissele Mk16 rail and trigger, Surefire 6.5 Warcomp, NXS 2.5-10x 42mm. Looking forward to zeroing tomorrow with some factory 108’s. (Using my old moleskin’d Sopmod until I can find a B5 adjustable)

The barrel lasted to right about 3,000 rounds. Rebarreled with a 22” Whitley Palma profile, great balance and accuracy.
