Re: subsonic 308 hunting loads I have used Hornady 170 flat points (30-30 bullet with 10.2 grains of Trailboss) in my 16" barreled 308 subsonic gun on deer, can't comment on expansion much since I was making head & neck shots to be sure of a clean kill but I will say that when they hit it...
