    Issues reloading .300WM

Well that’s no good. Let me know if the shell holder adapter fixes it.

    Issues reloading .300WM

Interested to see the photos. I’m gonna hold off buying until I know if it’ll work.

    Issues reloading .300WM

I do have an update actually. I took the die over to my gunsmiths and he took 15 thousandths of an inch off the die base. Went home and threw it in the press and voila. Works perfectly now. I do not have one of Larry Willis’ dies yet but it’s on my list. I have 200 pieces of once fired brass...

    Remington 700 trigger replacement

I don't have any experience with them but I've been looking at a Huber Concepts trigger.

    Issues reloading .300WM

A little update. I contacted the gunsmith that built my .300WM, as he's a very experienced reloader, and after doing some digging it sounds like this is a common issue with this die/press combo. He informed me after canvassing a few of his friends and customers that a few of them reported the...

    Issues reloading .300WM

Well, I called Redding at lunch today. The guy I spoke with was nice but wasn't able to give me any clue as to what it might be. Told me to mail it back to Redding with 4 or 5 of my fired cases and they would try to diagnose it. Saga continues.

    Issues reloading .300WM

Sendit6.5 Thanks for the reply. The once fired brass is measuring 2.270" from the cartridge base to the datum line. I am attempting to bump that back to 2.267." I believe that is well within SAMMI spec based on my measurement of factory ammunition. Since I deprime in a separate step, I do not...

    Issues reloading .300WM

I'll give it a try tomorrow. The brass was bought as new ammo and fired in my rifle.

    Issues reloading .300WM

Using a Forster Co-Ax press along with a Redding Type-S bushing style full length resizing die with bushing. I have the die adjusted as far down as I can and it isn't moving the shoulder. Attempting to move fired brass from 2.270" to 2.267." This is my first time reloading for this caliber...

Rifle Scopes Badger Ordnance Goes Above and Beyond

I had a similar experience with BO. Had a screw strip out on my unimount and Marty mailed me a pack of new ones the very next day free of charge. Good guys to deal with for sure.

Suppressors Take off and clean every trip from the range?

Nope. I clean the threads as part of my normal cleaning procedure. So every 200 rounds or so.

    GAP-10 vs Wilson 308

While it isn't in .308, I have had my GAP-10G2 for about a year now and couldn't be happier. My rifle cycles Prime, Winchester, and Hornady without a single issue. Note that I upgraded to the SLR Rifleworks adjustable gas block on mine. Accuracy was acceptable with factory ammo. I began...

What are you guys running for Atlas feet?

Stock rubbers for about a year so far.

    Long gun cases?

For a hard case option, I use a Pelican 1750. MidwayUSA seems to have them on sale every once in a while. I use mine to transport a .300WM with a 26" tube. Have been very happy with it.

    Flat trigger or curved?

I have/use both on a regular basis. I much prefer a curved shoe. It feels better to me and seems easier to build a consistent trigger finger position.
