    Re: base and ring set up for vortex pst thanks for the oppinions....I ended up going with the vortex percision matched rings as well and an egw 20 moa 1 piece base....hopefully that set will serve me well...the vortex rings look preaty solid....should be all set up now....if it all gets...

    I'm new to the fourm and long range shooting. I just ordered a vortex viper pst 6x24 ffp moa for the remmy 700p I got....thanks for all the info on here fyi....now I'm looking for a base and rings...so my ?'s are 1...is a single piece base any better than a 2 piece base?, and some recomendations...
