Re: Under 500 shootout. Bipod, rests, and bags are allowed. the range will be 200 meters, and we'll be shooting 5 shot groups, no more than 30 seconds between shots. We're using the honor system.- HANDYANDY83

Re: Under 500 shootout. 500 is the cost of the rifle. All parts on the rifle must be included in the 500. the only thing not included is the optics. I figure that's a good price point. I'm basically seeing what kind of groups we can put up with what some would call a less than adequate rifle.- HANDYANDY83

In honor of my Savage Axis that is currently the platform for my build, I would like to hold a shootout for rifles under 500 dollars.
