Which is right for you is dependent on your needs. If you like AI stock fitment and don't mind the weight, it's a great platform. If you need to carry it up a mountain hunting, it may not fit your needs very well. Again, all what you need out of it and what works for you.

Best thing to do would be to understand the rules for each of those types of matches if you haven't already. Then as mentioned above, do some research on what calibers and equipment seems to be common in each of those disciplines. Then see if you find a combo that works for what you need...
