ELR/vehicle stopper.
I had the privilege to shoot a Ferret 50 last fall and its was crazy accurate with handloads. Not a repeater but it is another budget friendly option. Was told by the owner that quite a few comps are being won with Ferret 50's.- Idaho338Norma

An an Idahoan, this is a welcome sight. I have harvested one wolf in two years of pursuing them in earnest, did not harvest an elk this year in a hard to draw unit because of the wolves in the area. As 2014 Approaches does this need to be addressed ?
On the coaching topic, I see no reason to forbid it. How about running shooters through the stages in pairs, one from limited and one from open. They are not competing against each other and this may encourage some coaching. Just try to keep sponsored team members from being paired up to keep...- Idaho338Norma

I like it and would be happy to join. Quite a bit of land to have a match here in southern Idaho. Would be nice to have matches within a few hours driving and not across the country.- Idaho338Norma

Hunting & Fishing Anyone in the greater Yellowstone area have experience hunting wolves?
I challenge howled a pack and the reaction was very aggressive. All came in within 100 yards, and surprisingly hung around for about 30 seconds after the shot. Worth a try, just might have been a fluke...- Idaho338Norma

Hunting & Fishing Anyone in the greater Yellowstone area have experience hunting wolves?
If I fill my elk tag in a couple weeks I am willing to come show you the ropes, killed a wolf last year. Not too much different than any other predator hunting, same principles apply.- Idaho338Norma
