    I have a Remington 700 sps 20" ( I have the hogue stock still on and with Factory ammo I shoot 3" at 500) and I am going to drop it into a B&C Medalist stock to hopefully shrink that down. Should I change out the recoil lug? What would be the purpose in changing out a recoil lug?

    Re: help with follow through I have shot many rifles and have never had a problem quite this bad. It is very drastic how much the barrel is jumping around. I hope a shorter bipod and a stock with less flex will help the problem. Its killing my groups
