    You could probably get any document notarized with a witness, even without a lawyer. Sad to say but if an officer wants to jam you up he/she probably will make your life difficult no matter what you have. I feel LL is probably right in outside of Denver and Boulder you'd be ok.

    Re: Daily Commute Well, near Great Lakes you have ample highway access, with I-55 or 355 you'll be able to get there pretty fast. As long as you consider it relatively short term commuting - meaning you are planning to eventually move - you'll probably be ok. It will be long days though...
