    Good scope mount for AR?

Yeah, I guess I wasn't thinking about the fact that almost all of the mounts mentioned come in multiple ring sizes, are mostly standard height, and is going on a rifle which, I'm guessing because of a charging handle, has a rail allowing for adjusting the eye relief regardless of the scope used.

    Good scope mount for AR?

At the $100 price point, the Burris PEPR quick releases mounts work extremely well. If you don't need quick release, you can save about $20 on the standard mount. I use mine on an AR10 with no issues.

any good work out routine for road workers?

The basics are always good, but admittedly can get a bit boring. I'm on the road quite a bit as well and started using the TRX for road trips. It will easily pack into your suitcase and only adds about 1lb. Good luck.

Is the Armalite Super SASS worth $1K more than the DPMS SASS?

Great info from everyone, thanks for all your opinions. A local shop has 2 DPMS SASS available and I've been going back and forth on it. After all of your input (and especially with it coming the same day I'm looking) I think you've helped me make up my mind.
