New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien

Re: New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien Well without getting too much into it I think I'm in the clear. I understand the lein law (now that I have done my due diligence) and after speaking with an attorney I also reslize the supplier is the "innocent party" in this case. Ignornce of...

New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien

Re: New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien Yeah I understand the law and why the law is there and who it protects. I just can't beleive that the "average consumer" is supposed to know, and be responsible for a contractor paying all his suppliers, laborers, subs, etc...

Re: New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien Thanks for the info queequeg. I did some reading and found the statute says that the notice must be sent before the final payment to the contractor. The roof was completed and paid in full on May 31, the notice from the supplier was dated June...

New F T/R rig... Nope!!! Construction Lien

Well I just returned from one of Uncle Sam's forced savings vacations all excited to spend 2 months of savings on a new F T/R rig to find a USPS certified letter notice in the mail pile. These rarely bring good news in my personal experience. Turns out that the roofing company that did my roof...

F T/R Competition Muzzle devices in F Class?

Re: Muzzle devices in F Class? "Its not a fascination with using them, rather a person doesn't have a dedicated gun for F-Class and want to use their "tac" rifle to cross-over. Its sometimes a PAIN to take certain muzzle devices off." That's why I asked and thank you.

F T/R Competition Muzzle devices in F Class?

Are muzzle devices allowed in F Open or TR? I read through the rules on the NRA site and I couldn't find anything. The rifles I have seen on the interwebs do not have any and I assumed they were not allowed. Or is there another reason people don't use them?

F T/R Competition Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting

Re: Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting Denys, thanks for the advice first of all. The reticle I saw the guy using was a Nightforce "MLR" reticle with .1 Mil adjustments, I should have been more clear. Where did you see a list of matches in my area? I would really like to attend...

F T/R Competition Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting

Re: Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting Yes, I already have an AR (CTR 02) and I was thinking about just having a long barreled upper made for it but what I'm really wanting to do is have an excuse to buy a bolt action rifle since I have never owned one before. Plus, as silly as it...

F T/R Competition Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting

Re: Starter rifle for possible F T/R shooting I'm thinking the same thing, I have a NF 1-4 on my JP .223 so I'm going to go with a NF on the bolt gun as well. I don't have a problem spending 2G's on glass because I beleive there will will always be a market for them if I had to sell it.
