Right about here, ish… These would be the absolute max for average group size at 50 yards, I actually expect better with very good ammo (not necessarily stringently lot tested for that rifle) in perfect conditions. At 100 yards 0.7-0.8/0.85 inch is about what I expect. Beyond that I don’t care...- jbell

On a more serious note. For those struggling to get a vise to hold a barrel (really for everyone using a vise) in addition to a cardboard or leather style shim make sure you lubricate your fasteners on the vise!!! Not only will it increase your clamping force but it will also prevent galling...- jbell

That is a rare bird! I tried to scrounge one of these chassis up back when Sig had one at SHOT many years ago. Very cool rifle! The SSG3000 is very underrated.- jbell

I am thinking the same thing. Maybe it difficult to tell from the video and pictures. I see this uses a puller and a pusher design like most other less the Rim X. The only real difference I see is a tighter grip on the case rim by the extractor vs most others. I am definitely interested in...- jbell

Did you or anyone try a quick snap of pressure (with the action wrench already having a little torque applied to it) vs slow steady pressure? Normally that is the trick. If that fails a brass hammer tapping on the action. Shock / vibration is very helpful to break tight parting surfaces free.- jbell
