I’m running my SA with MK Machining single shot sled. It feeds great. Occasionally, the rim doesn’t go under the extractor and the bolt is very hard to close. I believe the effort is snapping the extractor over the rim.

I would love Hornady to do that. Mine is an 8 though, not an Ultra.

Different bullet, but I had some disappearing 88 ELD-M’s from my 1:7 22 Creedmoor. No idea what velocity was, but 300k RPM’s would be pretty easy with my combo.

Extractor moves freely. Bolt head looks perfect. The MK Machining sled showed up yesterday so I tried it today. Feeds like warm butter!! I’m guessing I am just not willing to put enough pressure on the bolt to snap the extractor over the rim. I’m happy using the sled, so no more worries...

Feeds perfectly from magazines, so I’m not sure what would be misaligned. It’s in a KRG Bravo, so I don’t think I have any adjustments to be made.

Update: I ordered the MKM single load adapter last night. Today, I tested with Magpul AI mag. Throwing a round on top of the mag won’t feed. However, if I place the case head on the follower and tip into the start of the chamber, as was suggested, it feeds. Downside is, i cant just throw a...

I tried single feeding once and mine did not go over the rim. Now, I didn’t push very hard for fear of damaging the brass. Does the sled let the round sit lower than the top of the AICS magazine does?

Are there any options to single feed an Origin action? Anyone make a replacement bolt head or a mag block that sits low enough to allow the round to feed into the controlled feed bolt face?

In that case, a weight restriction is a better solution than restricting folders. Or, perhaps separating a limited and open class.

In some matches, I believe the bipod has to be of the folding variety. That’s the reason for this post. My Sinclair wouldn’t be legal and I’d like a wider stance than my Atlas.

It’s 12” from barricade stop to the end of the forend. I’d like for it to cover all of it, or even extend past an inch or 2.

Wanting a rail to cover the entire forend of my XRS. The one MDT sells looks like it would be a couple inches short. Anyone running an aftermarket?
