Yeah, I had the exact some problem, trying to loosen and tighten the barrel nut until I realized I could just loosen the top rail, fits perfect.

I dont know about that but I used to cast .223 bullets for reloading out of lead. I used the mold for tumble lubing and coated them with liquid alox which prevented the lead from melting in the barrel and then you put a brass gas check on the end of the...

There are several companies out there that sale the parts, jigs, and have the instructions for how to finish. Just google 80% ar lower, all sorts of stuff comes up.

Yeah, Theresa is really good about getting back with you. I have bought barrels from them with the same type of stamp. They do not and will not paint SS barrels, I tried and they wouldnt do it for me so I am sure unless someone else pained it...

ahhhhh, my head is spinning. I have laying on my bench a new SPR 18" barrel I just got from CLE that I am getting ready to put in my MK12 build. I guess what I am getting out of this is break in wont hurt so nothing lose from doing it.
