Have an automotive paint store match the color and put it in a spray can. Don't know if they all will do that, but some will.

Supposed to meet with a guy that has hunted the area a few times. Hope to get a better idea of what to expect then.

Thanks for the replies. Getting one tag initially seems like the best option. I wouldn't want to be under pressure to fill two tags having never hunted elk before. I am open to other suggestions and tips. I have until next fall to get in the best shape I can and learn as much as possible.
