Re: cerakote Air Cure and Heat cure are for sure not the same.....air cure does not wear as well and is not as resistant to chemicals and abrasion then heat cure. Air cure is good for items that can't he heat cured or items like suppressor that get very, very hot.
Re: Cerakote tips +1 on prep and blasting...very, very important. As far as spraying....practice practice practice before you get going on a gun. Each gun is different and you need to know how your guns sprays and how to adjust all the settings. Don't spray at a high PSI and have the flow...
