does the mag extension make it 7 + 1?

not sure how the meopro compares to these scopes. cabelas calls them the "instinct" model, whatever that means. they appear to be not lower end glass. i think cabelas claims they use schott glass in these.

is the release date still in may? i thought i read it was january somewhere ( meopta website?). anybody know?

looking for opinions on meopta scopes. have looked at a few at cabelas, they seem to be as good as anything i have seen. their reputation on the net seems to be that they are a helluva scope for less money than the big names. anybody have one , opinions or experience? thanks

cabelas has their instint scopes on sale. these are made by meopta in case you didnt know. i looked them over a few days ago at the local store, and wow the glass is superb. i was looking at the 4.5 - 14. that one is 399. if thats the size range you are looking for, might be worth a look

i have heard the turrets are about the best out there, similar to the TT's. having not had my hands on either, is that true? super tactile with strong clicks and all that jazz.
