The wait is killing me. Form 4 paperwork sent on December 17th. Called June 20th and was told should only be 30ish more days. I keep checking the NFA tracker and comparing my sent days to others. Am starting to see stamps coming in from around the same time. It's been a long painful 7 months.

Re: .17 HMR vs. 22 LR I love my 22 but I would have to go with the 17. Can't beat the accuracy of the 17 and the punch of the V-max bullet. It's a beautiful thing.

Re: Ruger Mk III standard I just looked at gun broker and the cheapest Mk III I see is $225 and the reserve on the gun isn't met. Most of what I am seeing is $250-$325 range. Plus you got some ammo and a holster. Best of all you got a nice firearm out of the hands of a communist liberal...

Re: Sighting in a rimfire.... I have my 22's zeroed at 100 yards. I have my 17 zeroed at 175 yards. The last coyote I killed was at 80 yards and I shoot prairie dogs out past 200. I need the distance.
