Had a tough time reading the KAC attachment due to the size. If rate of fire extends to the point of affecting accuracy will the accuracy come back after it cools down?

I'm handy with the correct tools but have never replaced a front stock or gas block. What are the correct tools for removing and re installing the flash hider and barrel nut? The rifle is a S&W M&P 10. I'd like to prevent any scuffing of the finish on the hider. Thank you!

Thanks for the replies. I plan to add a free float rail and low profile gas block of some sort. Probably a Troy and Vltor. Just picked the rifle up Thursday and wanted to see how it shot. So far it functions well but no where near the accuracy (with my ammo) I expected.
