There is no "PM Election". Canadians don't get to vote for their PM directly (or for judges or senators). It's like congress, they only get to vote for their representative, the leader of the party with the most seats becomes PM. The Liberals ran ~90 fake candidates in his riding...- kombayotch

They did it to themselves! Canada uses paper ballots and a bunch of polling stations apparently had pencils.
