    Ok, smithing question. I have a 5R Milspec mated to a Bell and Carlson medalist tactical stock. I had to do a little sanding around the bottom metal to get it to fit. I know I need to float the barrel, but also I need to figure out why my bolt is not operating when I tighten the action down...
