I started competing in smallbore competition when I was 12. I went to the U of M and was captain of the rifle team. I was high master in NRA smallbore prone and position and big bore. Won numerous tournaments including state, regional and national championships. NRA Distinquished. Served on the NRA Board of Directors and chaired several committees. Chaired US Olympic Shooting Team and foundation raising 30 million for ranges etc. Served as NRA delegate on the US Olympic Committee. Past President of Safari Club International and two chapters. Still practice law (51 years) and shoot weekly, albeit no longer compete. Would have loved to compete in PRS but was not in vogue back when I competed and physically unable to do so now. Really enjoy Frank and all of his postings. Glad to be on this forum.
