    Re: How do you know if your barrel is shot out? ive got a 223 ruger heavy s/s barrel on my mki and is at 11500 rounds and counting. got it recrowned at 8000 and i have had mates look at it and 2 of the 3 reckoned it was a reasnobly new barrel.
