    Does anyone know of a gunsmith that has/will produce a barrel with the gas port drilled in the position that Knight Armament uses for their carbine length gas system? I believe it is around 10.5 inches.

    T/C Venture builds

    I see Mcree Precision list his stock for the Thompson Center Venture long action. Has anyone built a rifle off of the T/C Venture using the Mcree or any other stock? Any experience, thoughts or pics will be appreciated.

    Newest Model of Mcree Precision Stock

    Does anyone have experience with or pictures of the newest model of Mcree Precision Chassis. From the few pictures I have seen, it appears to have a AR type collapsable stock and they have filled in teh gap behind teh triggerguard. Thanks, Matt

    Has anyone shortened a 20 inch Armalite AR-10 barrel to 16 inches? If so, how did it run/shoot and did you have to do any work on the gas port?

    Gunsmithing Recommendations for a gunsmith

    I would like to have a Remington 700 varmint in 308 win rechambered to 300WSM. Barrel would have to be rechambered and boltface would have to be opened to magnum dimensions. Has anyone had this work done? Results? Advice? Does anyone have any recommendations for a gunsmith to do the work?

    How long should a barrel shank be on a .300 WSM in order to allow it to be set-back and rechambered once the throat is burned out? Thanks, Matt

    Gunsmithing Set-back M700 barrel and rechamber, Elieso MTR

    Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to set-back and rechamber a Remington 700. I have a sendero in 300 win that I am thinking about placing in an Elieso MTR stock. I will use the disc recoil lug because I do not want to glue the action in. I might as well have the chamber cleaned up while I am at it.
