Rifle Scopes Nightforce v US Optics

I posted previously about my experience with my NF scope, but didn't mention their customer service. Before I bought the scope I had many questions and called several times to discuss the scope I wanted and the reticle and other related issues. I never had a problem getting through although a...

Suppressors Will suppressors be stamp free in the near future?!

The only change should be from the other side. Logic like yours is why we lose incrementally. We need to take back not give.

Suppressors Will suppressors be stamp free in the near future?!

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Too many people just lay down and do what ever the government says. That is not the way our country was founded. Some people don't know, don't care or can't be bothered to stand for what is right. It may be that they just believe in more regulation. We don't...

To bed or not to bed.....

The guys at Gunwerks did exactly what you are talking about with a R Sendero. Here is a link to a YouTube video of what they did. Configuring a Factory Rifle to Shoot Long Range - Part 1 - YouTube

Rifle Scopes Nightforce v US Optics

I can't speak for USO, but I do own a NF, NXS 3.5x15x56. It tracks perfectly and I have yet to have any issues with it. I bought it in 2008. The glass is not in the class with S&B, but neither is the price. If you want top glass, get a S&B. If you want a great scope that functions marvelously...

Suppressors Will suppressors be stamp free in the near future?!

If too many of us believe or except the fact that things will never change, then they probably won't.

Suppressors Will suppressors be stamp free in the near future?!

I agree. However reasonable logic does not always rule. I would own a bunch of suppressors if I didn't have to go through the ridiculous hoops to get one. I would own more guns too.

Remington 700 Recall on X-Mark Pro Triggers

Had a 700 which I think was in that date range but sold it several years ago. At one time I did have problems with the trigger and it did fire at the range when I took it off safety. I took it to a gunsmith and he fixed it. I don't remember what he did, but it never fired again with the safety...

Suppressors Is there nothing that can be done?

More pressure on the NRA from its members might help. I know they have had discussions about suppressors for some time. I have contacted them about this issue in the past and let them know my views and asked that they do more to help make it legal to buy over the counter. The only legal issue...

Rifle Scopes My inexpensive way of leveling scopes when mounted. (with pics)

Feeler gauges are great if the scope is on a pic rail and the scope base is level. I would not assume all are. NightForce says theirs are and I have leveled mine with that technique also.

    Accutrigger issue

I had a similar issue over a year ago. Mine was also set at 1.75 lbs. I talked with my local gunsmith about it over a year ago and he said to increase the pull weight. I set it at 2 lbs and no more problems.

    Suppressors Suppressor Concentricity

Interesting video, but one can would not stop me from making a purchase if that was the one I was considering. Same thing about the recent post of the TBC can that came apart at the range. Things happen and mistakes can be made, if that is the case here. However, good companies correct mistakes...

Rifle Scopes Only 8 Mils of adjustment after 100 yd zero

I think you said there could be a problem with the receiver. If that is the case, why wouldn't you pursue that first instead of some cobble job on the base? That would have been my first option. If I missed it and you determined it not to be the receiver then disregard my comment. Good luck
