Gunsmithing barrel bedding: 2'' to far? pre-64 Target i
Found a lead on a Model 70 Target in 300 H&H mag. I haven't contacted the seller yet, but the ad says: "Note: barrel is bedded for the 2 inches closest to the receiver. The rest is free floating" Is that to far or ok for that caliber? Is that good/bad? Should this rifle with that mod still...- Malpasocougar

Suppressors Colt Delta Elite: now or later?
Re: Colt Delta Elite: now or later? What was your experience? Seems like such a great combination: near 41 magnum performance out of a 1911 platform. My gunsmith said a properly loaded 10mm can be a real screamer!- Malpasocougar

Suppressors Colt Delta Elite: now or later?
I really want a Colt Delta Elite!! I could afford it now, but my gunsmith has about 5 of my projects on his to do list. Christmas is coming too. Since its was a limited run for this year, will they dry up/price shoot up on the first of the year? Seems to be plenty on gunbroker now. Oh, blue...- Malpasocougar
