I bought a commercial rifle that wouldn't shoot. Sent it back to the manufacturer. They said it was fine. When if came back they had replaced the stock, the barrel and the bolt. It was better but soon became someone elses problem.
The only thing that separates humans from animals is what we are willing to do for money. Animals kill without remorse for food and spite and sometimes just because the other one pissed them off.
Hell, I recently replaced the high pressure AC line in her car due to a hole. Saved her a ton of money on labor (wait, I bought the part too) but had her take it to a shop to have it pulled down and recharged. They even commented the line looked factory, not replaced and they couldn't find any...
LOL, every firearm or receiver you've ever bought from an FFL is recorded on that paper form and available for "inspection" per the regulations. Ideally, you would purchase from private sales to keep it off the books, but there's likely an electronic fingerprint of phone calls, emails, website...
You're full of it. Delaware state police kept records on people for years. It was found out about in 2008. there are databases, you just don't know how many or who has them.
