    I have always used an SR25/.308 mag pouch, contains it well and allows you quick access.

    The obvious answer is to drift your sights, I will tell you that depending on the gun I shoot, I shoot off my sites because I am cross eye dominant and have to notch them for particular guns. It can also be fundamentals... your 1911 has a backstrapped grip safety, steeper grip angle, etc etc...

    Fieldcraft 72 hour loadout

    72hrs is a pretty good standard and every load out obviously like some said is mission and environment dependent. My 72hr blowout bag would be for rural blowouts IE: things go bad and I have to survive or live remote for a minimum of 72hrs. Fundamentals. Food and Water. I use REI dehydrated...

    I run JP, not much back blast, but if your on the side of it it will blow your ears, and your face. Its the Recoil Eliminator... and that it does.

    I'm pretty happy with JP's 34mm mount, no need for quick release unless you plan to swap out frequently, i prefer to lock her down.

    Having owned both I would say that you would be overall happier with JP, especially the customer service.

    Anyone have issues with Desert Tactical in Utah?

    I have had some customer service issues with these guys and I am curious if anyone has had any issues with them. I couldn't get them to respond to an email or phone call.
