Anyone use a Spuhr SICS chassis with a Defiant Deviant Tactical (short action)

Hey, The Wyoming guys are great. I try to get up there as much as I can. As far as the mag thing I would have to double check with Adam, but it seems as though you could just switch back to the original catch. I will verify.

Seems to depend on where you are and where it comes from.

    Euro Optic shipping procedures SUUUUCK!

Man I can tell some crazy shipping stories, but I would likely get in trouble. Even when shipping companies are 100% at fault getting them to admit that and do anything about it is not easy.

Ok, That action should drop into the Spuhr chassis just fine. Adam did say to use AW mags you need the gunsmith installed mag catch. https://www.milehighshooting.com/spuhr-ca002-sics-mag-catch-extended-unfitted/ or just use AICS mags.

    Euro Optic shipping procedures SUUUUCK!

Yep. I have a 458 SOCOM I love and have to feed it through the mail because we do not carry it here. What really sucks is powder with the hazmat fee. That gets sporty in a hurry.

    Euro Optic shipping procedures SUUUUCK!

That is a great question I cannot answer. I get asked that a lot and I know I have ordered ammo from Midway with no signature. Honesty I think a lot of things factor into it like liability exposure and individual states views. Now that Colorado has turned blue we have to follow every rule and...

    Euro Optic shipping procedures SUUUUCK!

It is loaded ammo so it requires an adult signature which is $8 by itself. So the actual shipping charge is only $16 or so which still seems high, but it depends on how far it is going and how much it weighs.

    Euro Optic shipping procedures SUUUUCK!

Pretty much. Optics are the category fraud people target. Every day we fight it. So do others of course. Several years ago we had someone need to "hold" a ZCO at the shipping facility because they could not be home to sign for it. These shipping facilities are not run by people who are going to...

    Toughest scope mounts?

Man I cannot speak for them. I was just told years ago to replace parts for free which is what I have been doing. They have been replacing clamps for free for a good number of years now. I do not know if there was ever a formal declaration or anything. That would be above my pay grade as I am...
