Somewhat new to shooting (2 years) & currently own a POF P308 with a 20" match barrel, Ruger 5.56 piston AR and a few handguns. Being in Chicago, I have no close local options for outdoor or long range shooting, but I'm looking to do more. No hunting or military background, just a regular city dad that likes poking holes in targets. I've joined this forum mainly to get more info about precision and long range shooting techniques and equipment. It would be nice to meet others in the area with similar interests for weekend shooting trips as well.
