Re: Need help with ring height I'm not worried about the rail at all as I would just cut it off if it's in the way. I'm only concerned about the space between the objective and the barrel. I just ordered the 20moa base and medium rings(.87"). When those and the scope get here I will show...- MotoX383

I havn't ordered the base yet because I was going to order it at the same time as the rings, so I don't know the height of the base over the barrel and don't have calipers to measure that anyway. I have been visiting the sight for a long time and have finally got around to registering... I have a Remington 700 AAC-SD and I just purchased a Vortex PST 4-16x50 to replace the cheap scope that is currently on top. I am going to order the Seekins 20moa rail, but I don't know how low I can go...- MotoX383
