Suppressors Opinions: Supressors worth the time, $$, effort?

Re: Opinions: Supressors worth the time, $$, effort? The recoil reduction is paramount to me. After neck surgery I had issues with my '06, no more though. 6 guns in my safe have QD's for the same can, what more could ya ask for. Not to mention its damn hilarious at the range when a guy you...

Re: How do you rate the FNP Pistols My USG FNP 45 has been flawless for 2000 handloads. Shooting HP, SWC, WC whatever. Fits me better than the 1911 it replaced for 3 gun.

New rifle. No ammo. 6.5 Creedmoor

Re: New rifle. No ammo. 6.5 Creedmoor Just to get it out there, I resized LC 308 brass to 6.5 CM with great success, only downside was I had loose primer pockets after only 3 reloads. These are light loads not pounders so I dunno what the reason is. I've reloaded Hornady brass 9x and...

    Savage + Can Pictures?

Re: Savage + Can Pictures? If the powers that be at the BATFE would hurry up a tad I'd have pics of my '06 110 and 6.5CM wearing my new can. I had both barrels cut to 24" and installed YHM QD mounts. I can't wait.

    E.R. Shaw

Re: E.R. Shaw Shaw makes excellent tubes. I've got a 6.5CM that shoots .5 MOA out to 1k if I do my part. I am a firm believer that by ordering a barrel in a caliber other than .30 cal, the chances of having them use worn tools to bore it are less likely. Due to volume obviously.

Re: Who to thread a barrel? Differences in machining? +1 for adco, they just did two of mine and look and thread great. They even refinished the threads to match the barrel color. Nice touch.

    barrel cutting ?

Re: barrel cutting ? I just had ADCO cut and thread two of my barrels and the turn around was less than 7 days. For 65 bucks for a cut, thread and recrown its a great deal imo.
